Teen Reports Dad Driving Drunk

On Monday morning, Gary Joe Greer of Tampa was arrested for driving under the influence after his thirteen year old son called 911 and reported that his father was driving drunk.  Greer was driving and arguing with an adult passenger in his car, while his two year old and thirteen year old children were also in the vehicle. 

Hillsborough County deputies report that Greer was unsteady on his feet and had bloodshot eyes.  Greer refused an interview but allegedly told the officers, "I'm drunk," and "take me to Orient" (referring to Orient Road jail in Tampa).  The officers complied.  Greer has been charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license and two counts of child neglect.  This was Greer's third DUI in ten years.
